He also handles contentious trust cases that involve advising settlors, trustees, protectors, and asset holders in high value disputes relating to the validity of international trusts and foreign asset protection structures. He frequently represents charitable organizations in a wide variety of controversies. He also has significant jury and bench trial experience in real estate-related litigation and commercial litigation, including representing individuals and large and small businesses in contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty cases, fraud and misrepresentation claims, defamation cases, and insurance coverage disputes.
