Mr. Puff has been a lawyer since 1978 practicing in Gloucester, Camden, Burlington, Cumberland and Salem County, New Jersey. Jeff has represented parties as diverse as his second grade teacher, his sixth grade teacher, and Super Bowl quarterback, Ron Jaworski. He has represented many LLCs and corporations over the years, as well as many individuals.
Mr. Puff’s representation has included the broad spectrum of an individual and small business practice, including, but not limited to, wills, estate administration, estate litigation, real estate, deeds, trusts, personal injury, trucking accidents, car accidents, landlord/tenant, sale and purchase of business, corporations, LLCs, fraud, civil rights, malpractice, consumer fraud, contract law, insurance law, and defense law in the courts of New Jersey.
Mr. Puff’s biggest cases were a partial drowning of a young infant which settled for over $2 million, a trucking accident case which settled for $1.2 million, and an undue influence, consumer fraud and fraud case which was tried to a successful jury verdict for approximately $2 million, including legal fees.
Mr. Puff has prepared over 3,000 wills and trusts in his practice. Mr. Puff has managed his firm and grown it from a one person shop to now employing 26 individuals.
Many of Mr. Puff’s employees have been with him for over 20 years, and the longest serving employee being with him for 38 years.
