While at Morgan Lewis, Ms. Bell gained extensive experience representing employers in a wide variety of employment related matters, including discrimination and harassment litigation. In 2003, Ms. Bell joined Wyeth Pharmaceuticals as Counsel, Labor & Employment Law. At Wyeth, Ms. Bell provided counseling and training to management on employment issues, conducted internal company investigations and coordinated employment litigation matters.
