As manager of the Oklahoma Education Association’s Personal Legal Services Program since its inception, Joe is an authority on education law for teachers. His position as a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and recent induction to the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and American Board of Trial Advocates lends credence to his stature as both a formidable courtroom ally and opponent. Joe is passionate about his career, and finds his greatest joy in sharing time with his family.
Joe is admitted to practice in Oklahoma and also before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth and Tenth Circuits; U.S. District Courts Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas and District of Colorado.
