Corona Business transactions Lawyer
Overview
My practice consists of personal injury and business litigation. My practice is primarily dedicated to litigating cases against dietary supplement companies. I have filed numerous actions against dietary supplement companies who manufacture Ephedrine based products. I have litigated cases against dietary supplement companies in Florida, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Texas, Washington, Tennessee, Arizona and California.
I have served as a consultant to law firms handling claims against dietary supplement companies. I have also served as a consultant for numerous national and local television news programs and news publications concerning dietary supplements such as Ephedrine, Yohimbe, and Chromium Picolinate. I am also a director of Halt Ephedrine Abuse Today, a non-profit organization dedicated to recording adverse event reports concerning Ephedrine adverse reactions as well as the promotion of State and Federal regulation of Ephedrine.
In contrast to my personal injury work, I have been deeply involved with the post production industry in the State of California. I am a member of the Association of Imaging Technology and Sound and I have also served as a speaker for that organization on several occasions. I have represented many post production facilities over the course of my career. I have also served as counsel for visual effects artists. I have 13 years experience in reviewing film contracts involving post production facilities and visual effects artists.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level
- - Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials
- - How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost
- - How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City
- - Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
