Ms. Walsh's passion for family law began before law school when she volunteered at a local domestic violence clinic. During law school she interned at the Legal Aid Foundation helping with domestic violence and other family law matters.
She was a member and an Editor of the Loyola International and Comparative Law Review. Ms. Walsh's published works include the law review article "The Effects of Inter-country Adoptions on Biological Parents' Rights", 1999.
