He also has extensive experience in providing clear and practical legal advice to upstream and midstream operators, surface owners and individual mineral owners addressing regulatory, title and general business issues. In addition to oil and gas Josh's practice addresses the wider needs of the business community in the review, drafting and negotiation of a variety of commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions.
Josh has assisted in drafting energy legislation, been a guest speaker providing continuing education and is active in his church. Josh loves spending time with his wife and four kids, keeping up with their activities and spending time together running, hiking, traveling and just watching movies at home.
