Overview
During his time in law school, Joshua was Research Editor for the master's program (LLM) and became published through Lexis Nexis. He also worked as Marketing Director of Hullinger & Speredelozzi, APC. Joshua Law Clerked for the Law offices of John E. Dolkart, where he drafted motions, performed research, and prepared cases for trial. He served as a legal intern for the County of San Diego Treasurer-Tax Collector, where he conducted and analyzed legal research on various areas of the law including bankruptcy, wills & trusts, and estates.
In 2012 Joshua worked as a Contract Attorney with K&L Gates in Seattle. Prior to joining Law Offices of Matthew D. Dubin, Joshua had his own firm where he specialized in personal injury work. Joshua enjoys helping people who have been injured by the negligence of others. He is a fierce advocate for his clients and treats them like family. Joshua believes in the firm's core values of compassion and aggressive representation. Outside of the office he enjoys going to the gym, sports, movies, vacations by the beach, and spending time with family.
