Mr. Frank graduated summa cum laude in 2004 from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. During his college career, He took part several organizations including Editor-in-Chief of the college newspaper, staff writer and photographer for Chestnut Hill Local, a campus multi-cultural organization.
Following college, Mr. Frank attended Boston University School of Law where he participated in the Moot Court Program, and an independent study focusing on classroom desegregation after the case of Brown v. Board of Education. In addition, he worked as a law clerk.
After law school, Mr. Frank worked as a research attorney for Professors Ward Farnsworth and Stephen Marks of the Boston University School of Law. He then went on to practice personal injury litigation before his time at Phillips & Associates.
