Currently my practice emphasizes 100% on personal injury, for plaintiffs, where injury has occurred from car accidents, slip & falls, industrial accidents, wrongful death, and foster care abuse. My practice is devoted to about 75% litigation. In my previous cases, such as M.A. v. U.S.A. I was successful in attaining the Supreme Court decision that failure to diagnose a pregnancy states a cause of action for medical malpractice. Following was the acquittal obtained in U.S.A. v. Didrickson which was an alleged Lacey Act Violation. I taught a class at the 6th Annual Alaska Native Law Conference for the Alaska Bar Association in 1993. I am a present member of the American Association of Trial Lawyers, Alaska Trial Lawyers Association, and San Antonio's Trial Lawyers Association. And this past year I have obtained a $15,000,000 jury verdict in an auto collision case.
