Kelsey Craven is the newest associate at Stebner Gertler Guadagni & Kawamoto, a law firm specializing in elder abuse and neglect cases. Kelsey started at Stebner Gertler Guadagni & Kawamoto as a law clerk in 2016 and continued to work for the firm throughout law school. Kelsey has dedicated her education and career to advocating on behalf of vulnerable populations, including the elderly, dependent adults, migrants, wrongfully convicted detainees, survivors of human rights violations, and those with mental health conditions.
She is committed to the pursuit of justice for wrongs suffered by elders, dependent adults, and their families and to fighting for reform within the elder and long term care industry.

- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
