Overview
Kevin was born and raised in Panama City, Florida. He graduated from Bay High School in 2003 and thereafter attended the University of Florida where he received both his undergraduate and law degrees. After graduating from law school, Kevin served as an Assistant State Attorney for the 14th Judicial Circuit for three years before joining the law firm of Bryant, Higby & Barr, Chartered where his practice was mainly focused in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice.
Kevin participates in many civic, legal and charitable organizations. He is currently the President of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida, a member of the Bay County Bar Association, the St. Andrews Bay American Inn of Court, and serves as the 14th Judicial Circuit's Representative on the Florida Bar's Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors. Kevin is also a Founding Member of the Chautauqua Learn and Serve Charter School.
In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife Heidi and their three children, boating to Shell Island, golfing, watching college football, and traveling.
