Mr. Wicka is a litigator practicing in the areas of employment law and personal injury. Mr. Wicka is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States; the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals; the U.S. District Court for the Western and Northern Districts of New York; and in the State of New York.

Mr. Wicka received his Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1993. In 1996 he received his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University, where he was also a member of the Moot Court Board and the Order of the Barristers, a Senior Prize Trials Competition Champion and recipient of the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association Prize. He also serves as chair of the board of directors for Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled. He volunteers as a youth hockey coach as well.
