Mr. Fullerton is a member of the Kentucky and Fayette County Bar Associations and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He received a Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida. As a law student, Mr. Fullerton was a member of the Kentucky Law Journal, and an intern with the Kentucky Court of Appeals, Commonwealth's Attorney, and the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet. As an undergraduate, Kirby spent a summer in Lima, Peru as an intern for the U.S. Commercial Service.
He is the current treasurer and past chair of the Kentucky Bar Association Immigration and Nationality Law Section. He serves on the board of Moveable Feast Lexington and the Alano Club.
