Kyle is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice group. Prior to joining the firm as an Associate, Kyle was the law clerk to the Honorable Mary K. Costello, Hudson County Superior Court, Civil Part. Kyle assisted Judge Costello with her complex business litigation docket and also performed settlement negotiations for small claims cases.
Kyle earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Seton Hall University School of Law. While in law school, Kyle was a student-attorney in Seton Hall’s Center for Social Justice. Kyle also was a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board and the Legislative Journal. During law school Kyle interned for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey, as well as the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office. Prior to law school, Kyle attended Pennsylvania State University where he was a member of the varsity swim team.
