Ms. Hill serves as an associate in McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C.'s Red Bank office. She handles all aspects of employment litigation, including discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims. Ms. Hill is a zealous advocate who believes that every individual should enjoy a workplace free from discrimination.

Ms. Hill graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2016, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a specialization in Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Upon graduation, Ms. Hill attended Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey on a Dean's Merit Scholarship.

While in law school, Ms. Hill gained invaluable judicial experience, beginning her legal career as a legal intern to the Honorable Wendy Beetlestone in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Hill then served as a legal extern for the Honorable Michael J. Haas in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. In these roles, Ms. Hill performed extensive legal research for various criminal, civil, and family matters, drafted memoranda to the court regarding her research, and edited and drafted various opinions for the court. Thereafter, Ms. Hill served as a law clerk for McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. in the firm’s Marlton office.

During school, Ms. Hill was actively involved in the campus community. She served on the executive boards of the Student Bar Association and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Ms. Hill was published by the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion, where she also served as an executive board member. She actively participated in various pro bono projects, including the Voters' Rights Project and Domestic Violence Project. Her participation in the Domestic Violence Project served as the perfect segue into the school's Domestic Violence Clinic, where she practiced as a student attorney and won her first-ever trial prior to graduation.

In 2018, Ms. Hill won the prestigious James S. Hunter Moot Court oral argument competition, where she argued in favor of a defendant-corporation regarding a product liability matter before a panel of New Jersey Supreme Court and Federal District Court judges. She was also awarded the Pro Bono Publico Award for Significant Service, as well as the Rutgers Law School Award for Excellence in Labor and Employment Law.

Upon graduation, Ms. Hill returned to Judge Haas' chambers to serve as his law clerk for the 2019-2020 term. She was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in July 2019 and the Pennsylvania Bar in February 2020. Ms. Hill is thrilled to be afforded the opportunity to return to McOmber McOmber & Luber, where she can engage in the fulfilling work of advocating for workers’ rights.
