Lee Viacava was born in New York and moved to Cape Coral, Florida when he was 10 years old. Mr. Viacava knew from a young age he wanted to be a criminal defense lawyer.
Having resided in Southwest Florida since childhood, Mr. Viacava has developed extensive community ties. Lee Viacava attended Gulf Middle in Cape Coral, Bishop Verot High School in Fort Myers and graduated from University of Florida in Gainesville Florida where he received his B.A. in Criminal Justice. After graduating college, Mr. Viacava immediately enrolled in Thomas M. Cooley in Michigan, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in Law. While in law school he received the honor of being elected to both the Moot Court Board and the Mock Trial Board. Lee Viacava was further awarded the prestigious Litigation Certificate of Achievement during his tenure at Thomas Cooley Law School.
Upon graduation from law school, he returned to the Southwest Florida area and began a law career focused on litigation. Mr. Viacava only represents individuals in Southwest Florida who are under investigation, accused or charged with committing county or state crimes. Lee Viacava dedicates 100% of his practice to criminal defense. Mr. Viacava has successfully resolved thousands of cases for his clients during his career, which spans over fifteen years. Lee Viacava takes his time with every case, uniquely tailors his representation for each individual client to best suit their specific needs.
