Philadelphia Corporate Law Lawyer
Lilian Nikolaevsky is an attorney in the Philadelphia office of Marks & Sokolov. She represents a wide variety of U.S. and foreign businesses in corporate law, international litigation, international business law matters and immigration.
Prior to joining Marks & Sokolov, Lilian was an associate with Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris Ledva & Meyers, LLP in New Jersey where she practiced in the area of insurance defense. She was also an independent contractor with Schiffrin & Barroway, LLP in Pennsylvania where she handled securities litigation.
While in law school, Lilian was a corporate law research assistant to Professor Charles Pouncy. Prior to entering law school, Lilian worked as an international patent specialist for Woodcock Washburn.
Lilian is admitted to practice law in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a graduate of Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law (J.D. 2004). She received her undergraduate degree international affairs with a concentration in Eastern Europe and Russia from George Washington University. She also completed additional course work at the Moscow Institute of Advance Studies in Russia. Lilian is fluent in English and Russian and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
