Lisa graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, and graduated magna cum laude from Touro Law Center in Huntington, New York, where she was also a member of the Law Review. Lisa was admitted to the state bars in New York in 1990, in Nevada in 2000, and in California in 2003. In New York, she was an Assistant Regional Attorney for the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation where she concentrated on water issues. She practiced general civil litigation, and construction defect law in Nevada before moving to California to join the Law Offices of Bruce Tichinin, where she now provides legal services to our clients in the areas of real estate, land use, environmental, and animal/equine/canine law. Lisa brings a wide range of legal and personal experience from across the nation as well as more than 20 years of experience as a horsewoman and dog owner/handler to her practice of law. In addition to the core areas of legal practice mentioned above, Lisa assists both owners and animal professionals with liability issues.
