Luis Eduardo Guerrero was born in México and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, where he graduated top of his class from PSJA Southwest Early College High School. He then went on to attend Texas A&M University where he graduated in 3 years with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Geology, Petroleum Track. During his time at Texas A&M University, Luis was a member of the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets, participated in the Smithsonian’s Latino Center Young Ambassador program, and was involved in Undergraduate Research through the College of Geoscience.
Luis attended St. Mary’s University School of Law right after his undergraduate degree, during his time in law school he worked for Congressman Vicente Gonzalez, from District TX-15 in Washington, D.C., interned at the Bexar County Family Justice Center with Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid, helped reform and re-established a vocational school in his Rio Grande Valley, and worked for a local personal injury law firm before working for The Gámez Law Firm.
Luis has a passion for helping others and picked this career path because of the direct impact it can provide to injured families. Every case is different and he understands this, he hopes to create a personal connection with every client he comes across. He understands that an accident or death does not only affect the victims, but those closest to them. Luis continues to be very active with his community in Pharr and is always willing to help out in any way possible.
