Mr. Egan is an Atlanta native, a cum laude graduate of Duke University (B.A., 1972; M.A., 1973) and a cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law (J.D., 1976) where he was Notes Editor of the Georgia Law Review. After graduation from law school, Mr. Egan served as law clerk to the Honorable Wilbur D. Owens, Jr., United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. Mr. Egan has written and lectured on a number of construction law issues.
