Attorney Marc A. Moccia joined the firm as an Associate in 2011. He graduated from University of Massachusetts Amherst on the Dean's list with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2007, and received his Juris Doctorate graduating cum laude from Suffolk University School of Law in 2011. While at Suffolk, he received the Jurisprudence Award in Criminal Law and was a member of the academic fraternity, Phi Delta Phi. He also served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Coyne at the Boston Municipal Court.
Since his admission to the Massachusetts Bar, Attorney Moccia served on the Massachusetts Bar Association's prestigious Task Force on the Law, Economy, and Underemployment, contributing to the Task Force's 2012 Report entitled "Beginning the Conversation", that explored the causes of and solutions for underemployment of law student graduates; a report that has received national recognition since its release in May, 2012.
Since joining the firm in November, 2011, his practice currently includes civil litigation, criminal defense, and divorce and family law.
