Overview

I am Mark Darling, a lawyer with nearly 24 years of experience practicing law in and around San Antonio. My main areas of concentration are family and criminal law, but I also handle probate, estate planning and real estate cases. I am certified in guardianship matters, probate of estates, small estate affidavits, heirship proceedings, wills, statutory durable powers of attorney, medical powers of attorney, directives to physicians, affidavits of heirship, mortgage assumption, revocable transfer on death deeds, warranty deeds, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, promissory notes, and forcible entry and detainer (eviction). Additionally, I hold a license as a Texas Realtor, specializing in probate, estate planning and real estate law.

I focus on assisting clients with routine business formations, such as LLCs and Series LLCs.
