In addition to working within law firms both large and specialized, Mr. DelRosario has also worked as in-house counsel for an international corporation. This diverse experience gives him a unique, well-rounded understanding of companies - both from the legal and business perspectives - and allows him to service his corporate clients more effectively.
Mr. DelRosario also practices in intellectual property law and has been involved in managing and protecting companies' intellectual property portfolios, assisting individuals and businesses with copyright, trademark, trade secret and domain name transactional and litigation matters.
As an entertainment attorney, Mr. DelRosario represents both creative talent and production companies that work closely with all of the major studios and talent agencies. He has assisted with contract negotiations, resulting in lucrative business deals for his clients. He has also helped his clients navigate through difficult litigation issues, leading them to successful resolution of contentious matters.
Mr. DelRosario attended the University of Georgia, where he graduated, magna cum laude, with a bachelor's degree in Journalism from the #2 journalism school in the country. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was elected the Vice President of his first-year law class and President of his second-year law class. While in law school, Mr. DelRosario was also awarded a prestigious summer clerkship in Europe, where he worked in the corporate and entertainment law division of a prominent London, England law firm.
Mr. DelRosario is licensed to practice law in both California and Georgia.
