Ms. Bradley has concentrated her practice in divorce and family law for nearly 20 years, including matters that involve complex matrimonial litigation, substantial marital estates and business valuation. Her extensive experience combined with financial acumen secures clients a distinct advantage in both litigation and settlement negotiations. Ms. Bradley has litigated and negotiated divorce cases involving the valuation of small privately-held businesses, medical practices and limited partnerships. In addition,, her representation has included matters of residential and commercial real estate, hedge funds, stock options and reasonable executive compensation.
Throughout her career, Ms. Bradley has represented a wide variety of clients in all types of divorce and family law disputes involving child custody and support, spousal support and equitable distribution as well as post-judgment matters to include support enforcement, modification and college expenses. She also negotiates and drafts prenuptial, post-nuptial and matrimonial settlement agreements.
In addition to traditional litigation, Ms. Bradley also serves as a mediator and arbitrator. She is a Court-Approved Mediator and on the Mediation Roster for Camden, Burlington, Gloucester and Mercer Counties. As a mediator, Ms. Bradley applies her analytical and evaluation skills to evaluate complex financial data and expert reports in order to facilitate prompt resolution of cases. She is a member of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators as well as the South Jersey Peer Mediation Group.
Ms. Bradley is an early Settlement Panelist in the Superior Court of New Jersey for Camden and Burlington Counties and member of the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law Inn of Court, serving on its Nominating Committee. She has authored articles on a variety of divorce and family law issues, including Your Wealth: Divorce and Today's Economy published in New Jersey Business Magazine in June, 2010, and served as a speaker on numerous panels addressing divorce and related business valuation issues.
A resident of Delran, New Jersey, Ms. Bradley likes spending time with family. She enjoys traveling and spending time at the Jersey Shore each summer.
