Overview
Mike Gehring is a litigator with experience in numerous areas of the law. He has worked at several prominent large law firms, including Schnader in Philadelphia and Skadden in Chicago, where he specialized in complex commercial litigation. He has also worked in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office and, most recently, at McAndrews, Mehalick, Connolly, Hulse and Ryan P.C., where he specialized in federal litigation and civil rights. At Steve Harvey Law, Mike Gehring has worked on a wide range of complex litigation matters, including an international contractual dispute involving criminal matters in India; a dispute with international implications regarding an arbitration, including defending the client in an appeal before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and an attempted appeal to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court; a successful appeal to the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court involving Pennsylvania's electric smart meter statute; and representation of an intervenor in a case before the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court successfully challenging the constitutionality of a proposed amendment to the Pennsylvania constitution.
