Throughout his over 30 year career, Mr. Rubin has handled thousands of criminal and personal injury cases. He handles on a daily basis, matters ranging from complex construction site accident cases utilizing New York State’s worker friendly labor laws, slip and fall, premises liability and average automobile accident cases. He handles criminal cases ranging from homicide to DWI cases, and everything in between. In addition, having been a major offense / senior trial attorney in the BX DA (Special Victims Unit) SVU, Mr. Rubin has developed a specialty representing clients who have been victims of sexual assault. He also represents victims of false arrest and malicious prosecution. One of his proudest professional moments was obtaining compensation of $1.25 million for a mentally challenged client was falsely accused of rape.
Mr. Rubin is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Rubin has also been recognized as a Super Lawyer by his peers. He is admitted to the New York State courts and Federal District Courts.
