Overview
Attorney Michael Coggeshall has worked with Jerry Gillock since 2015. Michael is involved in all of the firm’s cases at every stage of litigation. He is experienced in medical malpractice, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, and motor vehicle accident cases.
Michael graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2017 with Pro Bono Honors. While in law school, he was a published member of the Nevada Law Journal. He also interned for the Honorable Susan Johnson and for the Clark County Public Defender’s Office.
Immediately after graduation, Michael began serving a one-year term as a judicial law clerk. When his term ended, he returned to Mr. Gillock’s office to continue litigating medical malpractice cases.
Along with practicing before all Nevada state courts, Michael is also admitted to practice before the U.S District Court for the District of Nevada and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
