Michael P. Berman is a founding partner of Berman and Sable. His practice emphasizes commercial and construction litigation which encompasses litigation on behalf of financial institutions, businesses, contractors, defense of Lender Liability Claims, creditor's rights and bankruptcy. Mr. Berman has developed a unique practice in the area of commercial, construction and bankruptcy litigation having handled countless numbers of such cases in State and Federal Courts throughout his career.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Mr. Berman received his Bachelor of Science Degree (Mechanical Engineering) in 1961 from Carnegie Institute of Technology (Carnegie Mellon University). He obtained a Master of Science Degree (Applied Mathematics) from the University of Cincinnati in 1964. In 1969, Mr. Berman earned his law degree (Juris Doctorate) from the University of Connecticut.
