Out of big firm experience as national litigation counsel, Ms. Egan has created a personalized practice focused on helping small businesses and individuals navigate and resolve business disputes here in Georgia. As an experienced litigator, Ms. Egan has defended clients in hundreds of cases across the country against claims filed under the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and similar laws. From discovery through trial, Ms. Egan has a wealth of experience litigating, negotiating and resolving cases and disputes.
