As an experienced litigator, Ms. Egan has defended clients in hundreds of cases across the country against claims filed under the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and similar laws. From discovery through trial, Ms. Egan has a wealth of experience litigating, negotiating and resolving cases and disputes. Throughout her 25+ year career, she has managed a wide variety of litigation and other matters including FCRA litigation, toxic tort and asbestos-related litigation, insurance coverage litigation and representation of government entities. Ms. Egan has served as an Assistant Attorney General and an Assistant District Attorney for the State of Georgia. Ms. Egan is a registered mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. She conducts both private and court-ordered mediations and regularly serves as a mediator for the Fulton County Courts Alternative Dispute Resolution Office and the DeKalb County Courts Dispute Resolution Center."
