At KPMG's Washington National Tax M&A practice, she advised on sophisticated acquisitions, tax-free reorganizations, cross-border transactions, shareholder issues and corporate restructuring. Additionally, Attorney Zinn served as the Chief Operating Officer of KPMG's Global M&A Tax practice. Locally, Zinn held positions with Kellogg Company and her former law firm, Miller Canfield.
Zinn received her LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and her J.D. from Vermont Law School. She also studied at the University of Exeter in England. She received her B.A. from Western Michigan University and is admitted to the District of Columbia Bar and to the Michigan Bar.
