During her time in law school, she was a judicial intern for the honorable Sherri Chappell in the United States Middle District Court.

Prior to joining Morgan and Morgan, Mrs. Lopez served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit. Thereafter, Mrs. Lopez focused her practice in insurance defense cases involving personal injury and wrongful death.
