Mrs. Pelosi has been admitted to practice in the State of Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida since 1985; received her Florida Supreme Court certification as a family law mediator in 1999, and became a founding member of The Collaborative Family Law Professionals of South Florida in 2000. Mrs. Pelosi often appears before the Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of Florida on behalf of creditor lenders.
