Overview
Nathan's practice focuses on business law and estate planning. He enjoys helping clients start businesses, manage their day to day legal business needs and plan for the future to proactively plan their final affairs and communicate their last wishes to their loved ones.Prior to entering law, Nathan was a Certified Financial Planner and worked in the financial services industry for over ten years. He led the Financial Solutions Team for a large national broker dealer, helping hundreds of financial advisors focus on holistic financial planning. Nathan's emphasis was on business creation and succession, and all areas of retirement income and estate planning.
Nathan graduated with a law degree from William Mitchell while continuing to work full time in financial services. Nathan completed his undergrad at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse with degrees in both business management and finance.
In his free time, he enjoys playing softball, watching sports and all things hunting and outdoors. He is very active with his local Lions club and had been a volunteer EMT, firefighter and school board member in his hometown prior to moving to Bismarck.
