Ms. Hurtado earned her Juris Doctor from the University Of Connecticut School Of Law, Hartford CT, where she served as a Developments and Topics Editor to the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University having studied Political Science and Spanish/Latin American Literature and Linguistics.
