Overview
Oscar joined Jenkins Fenstermaker in October of 2018. Oscar was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, and Bachelor of Science in Psychology. While at Florida, Oscar published an article co-written by Adina Thompson and Dr. Lora Levett, under the Albany Law Review examining wrongful conviction and exonerees.
Upon his gradution from the University of Florida, Oscar attended Washington & Lee University School of Law. At W&L Law, Oscar served as a Student Attorney for the Immigrant Rights Clinic, and interned for several judges in both the state and federal level. After his gradaution from W&L Law in 2015, Oscar served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary M. Johnston, Superior Court Judge of the Delaware Superior Court.
