Trey is also proud to serve the citizens of our community in the Georgia House of Representatives. First elected to the Georgia House in 2012, Trey serves as a member of the Judiciary, Banks & Banking, Code Revision, Energy, telecommunications, and utilities, Health and Human Services, and Ways and Means Committees, while also serving in a leadership position on the Higher Education Committee.
Staying active in the community, Trey has held multiple leadership roles such as President of the Cedartown Exchange Club, Board Member for the Murphy-Harpst Children’s Centers, member of the Rockmart Rotary, Polk County Chairman of Governor Deal’s 2010 & 2014 gubernatorial campaigns, and Chairman of the Polk County Republican Party.
Trey is married to the former Amy Marvin of Powder Springs. The couple are proud members of the First Baptist Church in Cedartown where they reside.
