Overview
Patrick S. Sullivan grew up on the Southwest Side of Chicago in Oak Lawn and attended Marist High School in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated magna cum laude from Eastern Illinois with an undergraduate degree in political science. Shortly thereafter he obtained his Juris Doctor from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law. Prior to actively practicing in the legal field, Patrick served as an escrow closer for Ticor Title Insurance Company where he gained valuable knowledge of all aspects of real estate transactions. Prior to joining Frankfort Law Group, Patrick worked as an associate at another local law firm developing his skills in estate planning, probate and trust administration, estate mediation, guardianship, elder law issues, real estate law, and corporate law.
Patrick has assisted numerous clients in creating Last Wills & Testaments, Revocable and Irrevocable Living Trusts, Life Insurance Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Honorary Pet Trusts, Powers of Attorney for both Health Care and Property, and Living Wills. He strongly believes in educating his clients on the need and use of proper estate planning. It is his goal as an attorney to build strong relationships and trust with each of his clients in order to achieve the best possible results.
He has also handled a number of complicated decedent's estate and guardianship matters. Often times when a family loses a loved one or is dealing with a member who has a disability there are many questions and concerns that arise. Patrick prides himself in not only helping address the complicated legal issues, but helping cope with some of the more personal matters.
Patrick played college soccer and baseball at both the Junior College and Division 1 levels. He also served as an Assistant Varsity Coach to the Boys Soccer Team at Marist High School while attending law school, and was instrumental in winning two sectional titles. He was also named by Tom Bonen of the Daily Southtown as one of the top 100 influences over the last century on soccer in the southern suburbs.
Patrick is married and is the father to two wonderful girls. They enjoy vacationing in Southern Michigan during the Summer months.
