Paul N. Mascia, Esq., is the founder and CEO of The Mascia Law Firm. The Mascia Law Firm is a full service law firm, with a special focus on assisting clients impacted by the recent debt and housing crisis. The firm provides counsel in the areas of foreclosure defense, short sales, loan modification, debt settlement and bankruptcy, and also assists companies and individuals with corporate, real estate, litigation, estate planning and investment related matters.
This mission of the Mascia Law Firm is to transform lives by delivering superior legal solutions with excellence, integrity and compassion. Beyond serving the legal needs of clients throughout Florida and the United States, the firm and its employees actively engage in charitable initiatives around the globe and in their local community.
Mr. Mascia has addressed various professional and civic groups on the legal and economic aspects of the current debt and housing crisis. He is the author of Escape Your Debt, a book that provides the moral basis for renegotiating debt agreements and explains how to legally eliminate debt while retaining one's integrity and personal values. He also presents a Biblical paradigm for navigating the debt relationship through his Break Free seminars.
Mr. Mascia previously practiced as a commercial attorney at Gray Robinson, P.A., and later with Zimmerman, Kiser & Sutcliffe, P.A. in the firm's Tax, Corporate and Real Estate practice group where he served clients in commercial real estate, corporate transactions, estate planning, related tax matters and was the lead attorney for D.R. Horton’s multifaceted Central Florida real estate development business.
A life-long Central Florida resident, Paul and his wife Sherill live in Winter Garden, Florida and have 3 children; Isabella, Noah and Judah. They met while working together at Frontline Outreach, an Orlando-based charity that serves the needs of inner-city youth. Mr. Mascia currently serves on the board of Mosaic Global Mission, a global social justice initiative, and is active in his local church.
