Peter is a member of the real estate department handling both residential and commercial transactions. He also spends a considerable amount of time on zoning and land use issues, almost exclusively on the developer side. In addition, he also does estate planning and corporate legal work.

- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
