Rachel D. Before attending law school, Rachel graduated cum laude a year early from Hamline University. At Hamline, she was a student-athlete and a member of Hamline's Gymnastics team. Rachel received Hamline's Legal Research and Writing Award. Chosen to represent Hamline in Washington, D.C., as a part of the Washington Semester Program, she had the opportunity to work at Holland & Knight, LLP, and the privilege of meeting the United States Supreme Court justices.
As a top student in her Lawyering course her first year of law school, Rachel was named a Summer Fellow. She clerked for a Minnesota District Court Judge of the Third Judicial District. She continued her law school training abroad in London, England.
Rachel graduated cum laude a semester early from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2018. She served as an associate editor for Mitchell Hamline Law Review and was on the Dean's Honor Roll.
Since joining Dady & Gardner, Rachel has represented clients in all stages of their relationships with their franchisors and suppliers. As a franchisee attorney, Rachel regularly reviews hundreds of franchise agreements to help prospective franchisees understand the pros and cons of the opportunity and negotiate the terms of their franchise agreements to their benefit. Rachel also advises new and existing franchisee associations.
Rachel enjoys spending time with her two daughters and husband, walking her dog, and playing the piano. Rachel is also an author of children's books.
