Richard Dinnebier has been practicing law in Orange County for more than 40 years. As a Certified Family Law Specialist, Mr. Dinnebier believes in a firm yet civilized approach to settling all family law issues. His experience and skill in and out of the courtroom have earned him the notable titles of “AV Preeminent Attorney” by Martindale-Hubbell and “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers magazine. Mr. Dinnebier’s caring attitude and professionalism have won him the respect of hundreds of clients as well as judges and other attorneys.
Richard A. Dinnebier was born in Elmhurst, Illinois and has been a resident of Orange County for more than 50 years. A proud father of three grown children and grandfather of seven, Mr. Dinnebier has served the community for more than 40 years as an attorney.
Mr. Dinnebier graduated from the University of California, Irvine (B.A., 1970) and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (J.D., 1973). He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1973. Mr. Dinnebier has an array of experience from many fields of law. In 1978, he was named President of the Young Lawyers Section, presiding over 1500 members of the Orange County Bar Association. Currently, Mr. Dinnebier practices family law exclusively. He is a Certified Family Law Specialist, and was president of the Family Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association in 1996. He is rated as an AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and was named a “Super Lawyer” in Super Lawyers magazine.
Furthermore, Mr. Dinnebier is a member of the Orange County Bar Association’s Masters Division. He also taught community property as an adjunct professor at Chapman School of Law. Mr. Dinnebier emphasizes the amicable resolution of all cases, but has the experience and expertise to litigate difficult and complex cases when necessary. He is well-respected in the family law legal community by fellow lawyers and judicial officers handling family law matters. He strives to offer quality legal services to obtain the best result in a short, reasonable time.
