His settlements on behalf of his client show just how true this is. Richard has years of litigation, trial and appellate experience, successfully arguing cases in both the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and Michigan Court of Appeals, as well as at the trial level throughout Michigan. Since 2013 he has focused his practice on auto No-Fault cases, representing individuals who have been injured in motor vehicle collisions.
While in law school Richard interned at the State of Michigan Department of Human Services.
