Richard L. Kuhrt 's career began in 1984 when he earned his law degree from Seton Hall University Law School. Shortly thereafter he founded the law firm of Kuhrt & Femia which later grew to Weiner, Conti, Kuhrt & Femia. In 2004, Mr. Kuhrt founded the Law Offices of Richard L. Kuhrt where he was able to realize his passion for helping people at all levels of litigation. Since then, Mr. Kuhrt has personally represented numerous clients in civil and criminal Courts throughout the State of New Jersey. Mr. Kuhrt has earned a well-deserved reputation for being a respected practitioner of great integrity and skill. Richard Kuhrt handles a wide variety of negligence, products, premises liability cases involving both the public and the private sectors and workers compensation claims.
