The Firm mourns the loss of Richard T. Craven who passed away on June 10, 2024.
Mr. Craven earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1975 and his law degree from The Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1979. He was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1979, the United States District Court, Eastern District of North Carolina in 1985, as well as the United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit and United States Supreme Court in 1986.
For the last 45 years, Mr. Craven has represented individuals in multiple areas of the law. He was well known in the North Carolina legal community for his expertise in litigation and dispute resolution. He was also a certified Superior Court Mediator.
