He has been an active member of the Georgia Bar since 1972, and has actively practiced law in his hometown of Albany since that time. He is a highly respected litigator who puts his client's interests first.
Robert is admitted to practice in all Courts within the State, the Georgia Court of Appeals, The Supreme Court of Georgia, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is currently an active member of the Georgia Bar in good standing and has actively practiced law in Albany, Georgia for 39 years. He has personally tried an extensive number of car and truck accident cases, and has a successful personal injury law practice. Robert is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyer's Association (GTLA) in additional to the State Bar of Georgia, and Dougherty Bar Association. His primary emphasis is on personal injury and wrongful death litigation.
