Robert Wallack, touted as a “litigation powerhouse” and designated a New York “Super Lawyer,” is the founder and principal of the firm. Robert has been making headlines since beginning his career as a prosecutor in the Sex Crimes and Domestic Violence units of the Manhattan D.A.’s Office where he headed the prosecution of many high-profile cases and conducted more than 50 jury trials. Since then, he’s focused his practice on celebrity and high-net-worth divorce and family law, and over the last 17 years has handled matters involving some of the biggest names in television, film, fashion, sports, music and business.

He appears frequently as a legal analyst and commentator on CBS’ ‘Entertainment Tonight,’ NBC’s ‘Today’ show and ABC’s ‘The View.’ He is frequently quoted in local and national print media, is a contributor to The Huffington Post, and has served as the legal consultant to several television series including ‘Blue Bloods’ on CBS Television and ‘General Hospital’ on ABC Television. In addition, Robert is a faculty member of the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program at Cardozo School of Law and was an adjunct professor of law at Seton Hall Law School where he taught a course entitled ‘Advocacy and Persuasion.’

Robert is admitted to practice in New York and has also litigated cases pro hac vice in Florida and Connecticut.
