Overview
For over 35 years, Rosalind Fuchsberg Kaufman has earned significant recognition as a trial lawyer representing injured people in a variety of matters including catastrophic motor vehicle cases, medical malpractice lawsuits, premises liability lawsuits and actions based on faulty care given in nursing homes. She has also handled domestic abuse and toxic contamination cases.
Roz carries on the Fuchsberg family legacy in her commitment to advancing the legal profession through education and in her active involvement in legal services organizations. She has given training seminars to young lawyers and made television appearances on legal subjects. In 2002, UJA-Federation, Trial Lawyers Section, selected her as Trial Lawyer of the Year.
