Business Law. I am proud to represent Hawaii's businesses, whether it is a sole proprietorship or a small or medium sized business in contract disputes, lease disputes, and to collect monies owed to them.
Collection Law. I have successfully recovered monies for persons and businesses where they were owed money based on a contract, lease, promissory note, and for services they had provided to their customers by obtaining judgments and settlements in favor of my clients who are owed monies.
Contract Law. I have represented persons and businesses where they have a contract dispute with another person or business.
Construction Law:Homeowners. I have successfully represented numerous homeowners against licensed contractors who negligently performed their construction work, failed to complete their construction work, failed to obtain the necessary drawings, plans, and building permits, failed to make disclosures required by Hawaii law, and have engaged in unfair and deceptive practices against the homeowner. I have also represented homeowners against unlicensed contractors who perform construction work they are not qualified to preform.
ConstructionLaw: Collections for Contractors. I collect monies for licensed contractors who have not been paid for the proper construction and renovation work they performed.
Personal Injury. I have successfully recovered monies for my clients who have suffered life altering and permanent injuries from automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, and bicycle accidents through mediation, arbitration, settlement, and at court.
Wrongful Death. The accidental loss of a loved one in a fatal accident is tragic for their family.I have successfully recovered monies for these families where a loved one died as a result of an automobile accident or bicycle accident.
Motor Vehicle Accidents. I have successfully recovered monies for my clients who were injured in car accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, where they received extensive medical care and massage therapy.I have recovered monies to compensate my clients for the medical bills they incurred, and money for their future medical bills, emotional distress, and pain and suffering.
Real Estate Law. I have successfully represented buyers and sellers in disputes related to the purchase of a home and condominium.
Foreclosure Rescue Scams: Homeowner. I have successfully recovered monies for homeowners who were victims of a foreclosure rescue scam.I have represented these homeowners who have lost title to their home to another person or company who had intentionally planned to take title away from the homeowner to make a profit for themselves.
Landlord/Tenant Law: Residential and Commercial Landlords. I have successfully obtained court orders to evict numerous tenants when these tenants fail to pay the rent, breach the lease, or stay beyond the rental period.I have also obtained judgments for landlords for the back owed rent and property damage caused by the tenants.
Landlord/Tenant Law: Commercial Tenants. I have represented commercial tenants in their disputes with their landlords, and have assisted commercial tenants with their leases and assignments of their lease to another tenant.
