Sally Presler McCash is an of counsel in Joseph, Greenwald & Laake's Real Estate, Business and Estate Planning Practice Group. A lifelong Maryland resident, she has more than 30 years of experience in representing real estate developers, banking and lending institutions, title insurance underwriters, investors, and business owners in a wide variety of matters.
Sally's real estate clients benefit from her extensive background in title examination and abstracting and title defect litigation. Sally has been widely recognized as a leading title litigation attorney in Maryland. She was the first female president of the Maryland Land Title Association (MLTA), where she is now a director emeritus; has chaired the Prince George's County Bar Association's Real Estate Committee, and served on the Maryland State Bar Association's Real Property Section Council.
Sally also has a large estate planning practice, where she advises clients on matters involving estate and trust administration, including will contests. Her estate planning practice is founded on developing long-term relationships with clients and providing advice informed by both her legal knowledge and a thorough understanding of her clients' needs and desires.
Sally enjoys mentoring young women lawyers and has taught land transactions and finance at Catholic University Law School as an adjunct professor for nearly 20 years. She is also a frequent lecturer on real estate topics for various bar associations.
